Surf Recognized by Beckham, Galaxy

The SD Surf BU8 White team took a seat in the stands recently to watch the LA Galaxy at the Home Depot Center. The team received the star treatment as it was called down to the field to high-five David Beckham and the gang. The boys also heard their team name announced in the stadium and watched as their names lit up on the Jumbotron.

Surf received a great deal on the tickets and the boys and their families got to sit in the second and third row, between mid and the 25-yard line.

Meeting the professional soccer players -- even if only for a few minutes -- was a blast for the Surf boys. Team manager Diane Brandis-Scavuzzo shares her top pictures from the team's memorable event.
