Speed, Agility, Quickness, Strength, Injury Prevention and Conditioning

Surf Soccer is proud of its Speed, Agility, Quickness, Strength, Injury Prevention and Conditioning Program.  This program is run by Surf's 
in-house strength and conditioning specialists and is designed to enhance each player’s athletic performance while decreasing their risk of 
injury.  The program is the first of its kind in San Diego and places the Surf Soccer Club in an elite group of clubs across the country who 
have implemented this type of program for it’s players.  College coaches are praising the club for its decision, stating that programs like this 
are very important for the development of youth players.



 

Monday & Thursday 

U9 to U11 4:00 till 5:00.
U12 to U14  5:15 till 6:30.

Tuesday & Wednesday 

U12 to U14 4:00 till 5:00.
U15 to U18  5:15 till 6:15.
